Blackberry is said to be working on a new Android smartphone in the DTEK line, tagged as "DTEK60", to launch on November 10th at the cost of $700 in Canada, According to B.C.-based computer part retailer NCIX.
The DTEK60 features a 5.5-inch IPS LCD QHD display, Dual SIM functionality, Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor, Adreno 530 GPU, 4GB RAM and 32GB ROM, a 21-megapixel rear camera and 8-megapixel front-facing camera, Android 6.0 Marshmallow, fingerprint scanner and USB-C, a 3,000mAh 4.4V non-removable lithium-ion battery and Quick Charge 3.0.

I must say, this high-end farewell package of blackberry upon its quitting of the phone making industry, is capable of competing with other existing high-end Android devices, but for its scary price which is yet confirmed.
Thank you sir
