What Is Wrong With These "7" Flagship Smartphones?

Samsung Galaxy Note 7

It seems the latest flagship smartphones unveiled in September have jointly and severally chosen to tarnish the image of their makers.

Well, as it is, Samsung is not the only Mobile phones manufacturing company that is having the issues of phone explosion or fire damage. Although, no evidence has been shown as some publications are claiming, but the iPhone 7 is said to have joined in the phone exploding spree and has caused fire damage to a car in South Coast of New South Wales, Australia.

This is however not the first allegation of explosion against the latest Apple Inc. smartphone flagship. The most recent is when an Australian man fell off his bike and claiming his iPhone exploded on impact as he landed on his butt.

...As the name (Galaxy Note "7" and iPhone "7") would suggest, it seems these smartphones' destinies are tied together and have a lot in common.

On Thursday, a surfer from the South Coast of New South Wales, Australia, has captured footage of the aftermath of a car fire he claims was caused by his week-old iPhone 7.
Mat Jones, the victim, explained that he wrapped the phone in some clothes on the seat of his car, while he went for a surf. Upon his return, his vehicle has already been severely damaged with fire. He further told 7 News that he had not damaged the phone or used a dodgy charger since buying the new model.

7 News reports that Apple is aware of Mat Jones' complaint and are currently investigating the incident.
